We've been fighting for our independence for more than 3 centuries. The first stage was in 1647-1653. Ukrainians fought the Polish & the echo of that war was remembered very well in Poland up to nowadays.

Well,well,well! Let us remember Tamerlan, khan Batiy etc...But why we had no any Hmelnitsckiy?...What about polish,they themselves speaks about'am-"Pienonzew nie maem bo honor (no honour!) maem!'" Are they warriors?...

Whatever, but as I remember rightly the times of Khan Batyi & all other similar personalities were much earlier than 17th century.

I just wanna make a sensible point once again - only the Ukrainians know exactly what's really going on in Ukraine & it's for them to decide the fate of their Motherland!

Their view at the Ukrainean independance was like this:"Ukraine for sale! Who will be a buyer?" Chamberlain,Hitler,Bush,Putinomedvedev- what is the difference?))) Good luck,decide! You don't know anything about our great & prominent Ukrainian leaders like Stepan Bandera. You know just what the Russian propaganda says!!!
